We are very happy to be working on a Zaha Hadid Landmark Design at the High Line in NYC. We are installing custom private elevators in the Penthouses. The parade of unorthodox buildings in the West Chelsea neighborhood will soon include a futuristic residence at 520 West 28th Street. This landmark development demanded mobility solutions that matched its innovative, high-design aesthetic and luxury standards.
The building’s signature sculptural steel and glass façade, famous for its fluid lines, presented unique engineering and installation challenges. Our team specializes in providing bespoke elevator systems that must not only meet strict New York City code but also seamlessly integrate with the building’s complex architecture.
In this premier Chelsea location, Mobility Elevator was commissioned to install custom private elevators exclusively serving the penthouse residences.
