Safety Features

The Pegasus soft start variable speed operation gives the passenger a smooth desirable ride. Various software programming (according to options and application) allows for the right combination of parameters to create the desired performance.

Safety barrier arms and access ramps are mechanically locked and electrically monitored during travel. The barrier arms are mechanically linked with the access ramps to allow for the arm to raise while the access ramp lowers.

Every Pegasus has been fitted with manual emergency unlocking of the safety barrier arms to exit the platform if the need were to arise.
